Orders placed by 2pm GMT (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day.

For orders shipped to the US and UK, any import duties are paid directly by NEOUS - they are not included in the price and will not be charged to you at checkout or on delivery. For all other destinations, taxes and duties are either included in the retail price or calculated at checkout, depending on where you're shipping to. All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning you will not be charged anything further on delivery.
