We hope you’re delighted with your purchase! If for any reason it isn’t suitable, full-price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and sale items can be returned within 7 days.
Please note: Returns may be subject to a shipping handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund once processed.
To submit your return request kindly can log in to your account at Neous Account (for UK domestic orders) or Global-E Returns Portal (for international orders). Return requests are typically reviewed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday); once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email along with a DHL return label.
You may contact your local DHL quoting the airway bill number to arrange a collection. Alternatively, you may book a collection via the DHL website or take the parcel to your nearest DHL drop-off point. Please don’t forget to obtain a receipt.
All returns must be in perfect condition, and come with their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on goods that are scratched or marked. This includes any marks on the soles of the shoes, therefore we advise that you try on your shoes on a carpeted floor to avoid any unnecessary marking.
Please ensure that you return the goods in all of their original undamaged packaging as otherwise they cannot be accepted.
All international customer orders are eligible for a full refund of Duties & Taxes on returns.Please also note that we are unable to refund the original shipping cost of any returned item.
