OUR HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY
Our return policy will be extended during the festive period. For any orders placed from the 4th of December the return deadline will be the 17th January 2025.
We hope that you satisfied with your purchase, in the event it’s not suitable all goods purchased on our site can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
We offer a free collection service for all returns. Simply place the returns label provided on the outside of the carton and seal the box.
You may contact your local DHL to arrange a collection or log into your account and follow the steps in the returns section to request a collection at a time suitable for you.
All returns must be in perfect condition, and come with their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on goods that are scratched or marked. This includes any marks on the soles of the shoes, therefore we advise that you try on your shoes on a carpeted floor to avoid any unnecessary marking.
Please ensure that you return the goods in all of their original undamaged packaging as otherwise they cannot be accepted. Please also note, that we are unable to refund the original shipping cost of any returned item.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you.
