Negative space is a recurring tool in the minimalist’s arsenal, a silent punctuation in a noisy world. This season it is explored in the malleable volumes of a new range of boots: cut from soft nappa leather that can be scrunched and styled to a different form, they bring the autonomy to the wearer. The sparseness of the strapping on this season’s sandals is exaggerated using simple strands of leather purely as an underscore to the shape of the foot. New heel shapes continue the theme of ever urging forward.
